We want you to love your treasures from Trinkets & Treasures. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Returns
- You may return items within 2 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and custom/personalised items are non-returnable.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us at bbmee@hotmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Start a Return

- We’ll provide the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item securely — we recommend a tracked service.
