SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Nigeria)

  • Within Lagos: 1-2 business days
  • Express within Lagos: Same day, if the order is placed before 9.00 am on the day of shipping. Exclusions apply.
  • Outside Lagos, with our carrier DHL. 2-5 business days, exclusions apply.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide . DHL is our carrier
  • Standard International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)
  • Express International: 3–7 business days
  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp message.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes).

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
  • For lost packages, we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.
