REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your treasures from Trinkets & Treasures. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns

  • You may return items within 2 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and custom/personalised items are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us at bbmee@hotmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at bbmee@hotmail with your order number.
  2. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the item securely — we recommend a tracked service.
